Rodney's new Toy

Feeling: excited; Venue: lost...?

Rodney's got a new toy. Its small, cute, fascinating, causes dramatic excitement to me. It's his new 7-in-1 digicam!!



It has functions of:
1) digital camcorder aka
2) digital still camera aka
3) digital voice recorder
4) video camera
5) USB portable disk
6) PC Cam
7) Music player

Apparently this product is of the Brand Mustek . I have never heard nor even know about this brand until Rodney got the cam from the Wearnes factory that was very near to my home. It was right after our night shift that he took bus together with me to the factory. We were having a nice conversation regarding brands of items and costs that comes along with it, and its quality of it. Both of us agreed that a branded item that is expensive may not be that all good in terms of quality, and a non-leading or infamous brand doesn't mean that it is not of great quality! Especially handphones! Whatever it is, I still feel that when buying electronic stuffs it is best to buy a first-hand product. Coz the owner can claim and blow the trumpet of all the good qualities 2nd hand product may be/have BUT you never know that it have been dropped before etc. No way am I gonna risk it.

Anyway At the following end of day shift, he showed the digicam to me. Man!! was I excited!!! It was sooooooooooooo small!! Sooooooooooooo cute!!!!! Sooooooooooooo light!! Sooooooooo many functions!! I borrowed it and played and played with it. Though I also didn't quite know how to use it but it was fun lah. I was playing with it so much that I didn't want to return to him. Haha!! I tried reading the manual. In the manual had instructions in Korean language as well! Immediately I recollected the previous night's fun at Wenzhong's home where the few of us gathered to have de movie marathon. The Korean instructions reminded me of the Korean movie we watched entitled "Windstruck". That movie was hilarious!! We were laughing non-stop at the movie.

Okie back to the digicam. It was fun. He also wasn't quite sure how to use it. We used it to take quite a few pics. Well I will love to show all de pics but he only sent me the few pics of me. The rest he had deleted le *Pouts*. Never mind I am still grateful to him for it.

The following tour of duty, I also played around with it. This time round I did more nonsense. I recorded Mark's singing while he was not noticing. I also did this stupid short clip that made Rodney laugh out loud when he saw it! Will try to find my friend donglun to host it then will share it with you guys k. Anyhooooooooooooooo here are some pics that was taken with his cam. Of coz the photographer is non other than our SSGT Rodney Low!!


Low low pixels + shaky hands = this product. Haha!!

Okieeee. This is me and the dashing Rodney. Can you see that both of us has the same tired face + eyes + eyebags that shows we had been working VERY HARD during the previous day's night shift such that we never sleep at all! Hee hee....


oh how I yearn for a 4 mega pixel Canon Ixus digicam.......
